Design and Manufacture of Low-Pressure Hydroforming Machine for Aluminum Tubes and Production of Rectangular Cross Section

چکیده
هیدروفرمینگ لوله به‌طور گسترده، در تولید قطعات ساختاری اتومبیل استفاده می‌شود. یکی از خصوصیات تولید‌شده با این فرایند، نسبت استحکام به وزن بالا می‌باشد. لولۀ فشار پایین، روش‌های پیشنهاد‌شده برای حل مشکلات قبیل نیاز بالای سیال و آب‌بندی روش انجام پایین لوله، شبیه فشردن جسم جامد است آن برخلاف بالا، قالب بالایی طول فرایند ثابت نبوده هم‌زمان اعمال داخلی حرکت کرده را تحت قرار می‌دهد. مقاله، لوله‌های آلومینیومی AA6063 شده مقطع گرد به‌وسیلۀ مستطیلی تغییر شکل داده است. همچنین توزیع ضخامت مقادیر شعاع گوشۀ شده، سه مسیر بارگذاری متفاوت بررسی نتایج نشان می‌دهد که افزایش می‌توان گوشه کمتری دست پیدا کرد اما نازک‌شدگی می‌کند. بیشترین تختی سطح قطعه، زمانی حاصل می‌شود جابجایی بعد رسیدن مقدار ماکزیمم خود شود.
